TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing this ticket, the buyer is hereby obligated to accept and respect the official regulation of the event as well as the ticket provider’s and CNDB’s terms of use:

The ticket is valid for a single person and for one access to the event inscribed on it.

The ticket is valid only for the date and the time inscribed on it.

The ticket cannot be exchanged or resold at a higher price than the one inscribed on it.

Failure to attend the show leads to the cancellation of the ticket and forfeiture of reimbursement rights or its usage for another show.

The ticket is non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. The organiser is obligated to announce relevant information about the cancellation/postponement of the event and the means for refunding the ticket cost. The refund may only take place if the ticket is intact.

The ticket owner is responsible for their goods for the duration of the event.

Forging or copying the tickets by any means is an infraction and is punishable according to the law.

Access to the event is forbidden after the show has begun.

For the duration of the event photos of the spectators and participants may be taken. All rights for these photographs belong to the organiser. The photos may be used to promote the event. Purchasing tickets and participating in the events is equivalent to accepting these conditions.

*The ticket price includes a 1% contribution to the Romanian Red Cross.

RETURN POLICY

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the reimbursement requests must be sent to the ticket provider within 28 days since the date of its cancellation/postponement.
