Info
Choreographers and dancers from Greece, Poland, Hungary and Romania invite you to a unique discussion about dance not as a performance, but as a way of perceiving and understanding reality. Join the conversation with Patricia Apergi [Greece].
The Battle of Diversity
In this lecture, Patricia Apergi proposes to deepen the answers to questions such as “what is contemporary dance or if we can put any body in the spotlight?”. The choreographer will also share behind the scenes of her latest production “The House of Trouble”, about the creative processes that guided her journey from concept to realization.
Patricia Apergi is a dance teacher, choreographer and founder of the Aerites Dance Company in Athens and has choreographed numerous performances which she has presented internationally. The debate is part of the DanceTalk series, an event dedicated to both the general public and professional audiences. The event is organized by the CNDB and held in the framework of the Moving Balkans project, a dynamic contemporary dance platform that collaborates with numerous dance institutions from countries in the region.
