Info
Choreographers and dancers from Greece, Poland, Hungary and Romania invite you to a unique discussion about dance not as a performance, but as a way of perceiving and understanding reality. Join the conversation with Rita Gobi [Hungary].
DANCEtalk | How to discover hidden moves and moments
The choreographer proposes two tools to discover and accept our authenticity: play and movement. Through these, creativity is liberated, and in this way we learn to assume personal expression. We will discuss how to build your own style and most of all, how to find the courage to start the journey of (re)acquiring the freedom to be yourself.
Rita Góbi is a dancer, choreographer and dance teacher. She has been awarded numerous national and international prizes and in winter 2006 she founded the Góbi Dance Company. Her choreographic style has a geometric, minimalist and reductionist aesthetic.
The debate is part of the DanceTalk series, an event dedicated to both the general and professional public. The event is organized by the CNDB and held in the framework of the Moving Balkans project, a dynamic contemporary dance platform that collaborates with numerous dance institutions from countries in the region.
