About the workshop
We will explore different approaches to body states, what kind of presence they produce, and how it can trigger movement. Which physicality, musicality, texture or form occurs when I get in touch with certain emotions, sounds, or perhaps even words? How do I stay in contact with the constant flow of sensations in my body while letting it manifest itself through movement? We will play with tonalities, rhythms, dissociations, tension, momentum, through a series of practices and exercises that I developed for the creation of my dance solo Les Vagues (The Waves). The workshop is dedicated to dancers, performers, choreographers, with a minimum age limit of 15 years old.
